I have found that every building has its own story to tell: a unique "biography" that will bring it to life in the eyes of its owner or potential buyer. Since 1992, as The Building Biographer, I have provided histories of houses and commercial buildings to over 250 Realtors as marketing tools.  In addition, hundreds of property-owners and other clients have contacted me because they are interested in knowing the history of their own homes or because they want to give their family or friends a unique birthday, housewarming, or holiday gift. To date, I have prepared over 3.000 histories of houses and commercial buildings in communities throughout Los Angeles County.
